Workshop & Class Policy

A place is confirmed when payment is completed through the website. Adult workshop bookings are for the date shown. Children’s class enrolment covers the complete term; casual and drop-in places are not offered.

Adult workshop bookings are non-refundable for change of mind or participant cancellation. You may transfer your place to another person you nominate by contacting Camille before the workshop.

Children’s term fees are non-refundable for change of mind, holidays or missed classes. Individual make-up classes, credits and refunds are not available for a child’s absence.

These terms do not exclude or limit any rights available under Australian Consumer Law.

If Camille cancels an adult workshop, including because minimum enrolment is not reached, you will receive a full refund or, where appropriate, may transfer to another workshop date.

If a children’s class is cancelled, a replacement session will be arranged where possible or an appropriate credit or refund will be provided. A minimum of five children is required for a term to proceed. If the term does not proceed, all fees paid will be refunded in full.

Children should not attend when unwell. A parent or guardian may be asked to collect a child who becomes unwell or cannot participate safely.

Supervision begins at the scheduled class time. Parents and guardians are responsible for safe arrival and prompt collection, and children are released according to the collection instructions supplied with their enrolment.

Closed-toe shoes, tied-back long hair where appropriate, clothes suitable for clay and following reasonable studio-safety instructions are required.

Photography and video consent for children is selected separately during enrolment: full consent, non-identifiable images only, or no consent. This choice can be changed by contacting Camille.

Where firing is included, Camille will let you know when finished pieces are ready. Please collect them within 30 days from the date the collection email is sent.

If you need longer, contact Camille before the 30-day period ends so another arrangement can be made. Pieces remaining uncollected after that time may be donated or responsibly disposed of.
